Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 3^th – 30^th June 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Big Sweep DTC official LAUNCH campaign Promotion ("Promotion") organized by Pan Malaysian Sweeps Sdn Bhd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

1. This promotion is open to non-Muslim and 21 years above.
2. The promotion is valid from 3 June to 30 June 2025.
3. The promotion is applicable for purchases of Big Sweep Draw 06/25 tickets through Big Sweep Store at www.bigsweepstore.com.
4. Each eligible transaction will receive one (1) rebate and/or discount code based on the quantity purchased.
5. Rebates will be reflected instantly upon add to cart. 
6. Discount codes will be sent to you with your physical tickets through courier service after successful transaction is made.
7. Each discount code is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Discount codes must be used in a single transaction and cannot be combined with other codes or promotions.

Promotion Tiers

1. Buy 50 tickets – Get RM5 instant rebate
2. Buy 100 tickets – Get RM10 instant rebate + RM5 discount code for next purchase
3. Buy 200 tickets – Get RM15 instant rebate + RM10 discount code for next purchase
4. Buy 300 tickets – Get RM25 instant rebate + RM25 discount code for next purchase 

Product and Campaign Changes

1. The Company reserves the right to modify product specifications, availability, or promotion details at any time without prior notice.
2. If significant changes are made, participants will be notified and may choose to adjust or cancel their orders accordingly. 

Liability and Responsibility

1. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Pan Malaysian Sweeps Sdn Bhd shall be final and conclusive.
2. By participating, you agree to these Terms and consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and other applicable Malaysian laws, as outlined in our Privacy Statement.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any system errors, delayed voucher delivery, or losses incurred due to misuse of the promotional benefits.
